B. CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI SPEDIZIONE/VENDITA DI ALIMENTI PER CANI O SIMILI.

1. Ambito:
Le seguenti condizioni generali si applicano esclusivamente ai rapporti commerciali tra l'acquirente e Dog Shop Paradise / 7art studio. Effettuando l'ordine l'acquirente accetta le nostre condizioni di consegna e pagamento. Condizioni differenti da parte dell'acquirente non sono valide.

2. Recesso:
Come acquirente avete il diritto di recedere dall'acquisto entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce senza fornire alcuna motivazione. Vi preghiamo di contattarci telefonicamente in anticipo per eventuali resi. L'acquirente sostiene le spese di spedizione per la restituzione. In questo caso non saranno accettati resi in porto assegnato.

La merce aperta o aperta è esclusa dalla restituzione e dal rimborso.

3. Scambio:

9. Fatturazione:

10. Pagamento:
