Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. B. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING/SALE OF DOG FOOD OR SIMILAR

1. Scope:
The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between the buyer and Dog Shop Paradise / 7art studio. By placing an order, the buyer accepts our delivery and payment conditions. Any deviating conditions of the buyer are not valid.

2. Withdrawal:
As a buyer, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Please contact us by telephone in advance for any returns. The buyer bears the return costs. In this case, returns with postage unpaid will not be accepted.

Opened or opened goods are excluded from return and reimbursement.

3. Exchange:
Goods that are free of defects and sent correctly in terms of type and quantity are generally excluded from exchange.

4. Retention of title:
The goods remain the property of 7art studio / Dog Shop Paradise, Via San Salvatore 2, 6900 Paradiso, Switzerland until the invoice amount has been paid in full by the buyer.

5. Delivery:
Goods ordered by you will be shipped to you from the warehouse immediately after full payment has been received or immediately after the order has been placed. These deadlines are non-binding.

Delivery is only made to persons of legal age.

6. Order and delivery quantity:
We deliver the goods in our usual packaging units. The scope of delivery is determined by the delivery note/invoice.

7. Performance obligation:
Our performance obligation is subject to correct and timely delivery to us.
Delivery times stated by us are only approximate. Circumstances which, in our reasonable discretion, make a buyer's payment appear to be at risk, void our obligation to perform and make advance payments.

8. Defects, liability, replacement delivery:
The buyer's warranty claims are initially limited to the delivery of defect-free goods. If the replacement delivery fails, the buyer is entitled to a change of contract or a reduction in price.
If there is a justified defect in the goods, i.e. for which 7art studio / Dog Shop Paradise is responsible, in the sense of a material or manufacturing defect, 7art studio / Dog Shop Paradise will remedy this defect.
If the goods are spoiled or defective, 7art studio / Dog Shop Paradise will take them back immediately at its own expense and deliver a defect-free replacement delivery which corresponds to the defective goods in terms of size and composition. The cost of the goods for the buyer remains unchanged.
If the goods are sent to you in the wrong quantity and/or with the wrong composition of the individual types, 7art studio / Dog Shop Paradise will immediately take them back for you free of charge and replace them with a new shipment of goods that corresponds to your desired order. Any cost differences will be charged.

9. Invoicing:
Invoicing is always carried out including the applicable VAT and is generally based on the value of the goods ordered by the buyer, possibly plus a shipping/packaging fee.

The prices valid on the day of the order apply.

10. Payment:
Payment for the goods can be made by paying the invoice amount in advance or by direct debit. Credit cards, Post-Card or EC cards are offered in accordance with the security provisions of the INTERNET-ONLINE payment methods.

If fees are charged by credit institutions, we reserve the right to pass them on. This applies in particular to direct debits that have not been approved by us.

We charge you a fee of at least 15 CHF/Euro for each direct debit return fee.

11. Data protection:
All personal data you provide will be treated confidentially. They will only be used for the necessary business transactions. 13. Additional agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing by 7art studio / Dog Shop Paradise.
